Imelda K Butler is Chairperson, Shareholder and Director of Odyssey Transformational StrategiesTM & Odyssey Consulting InstituteTM and is the visionary strategist leader of the organization. Imelda and John co-founded Odyssey in 2005 along with colleague and business partner Dave Bonnstetter to make real the vision of Odyssey.

Following John’s untimely death in 2010, Imelda gallantly embraced the leadership role and successfully drives Odyssey from strength to new strength.

Imelda is an accomplished author and experienced consultant in the field of change management, cultural transformation and strategy formulation and execution. She brings innovative, practical expertise and experience to add value to Odyssey Consultants at every level. She has conducted major innovative consulting assignments which are case examples in Odyssey.

Dave Bonnstetter

Dave Bonnstetter is Shareholder and Director of Odyssey Transformational StrategiesTMand adds strategic perspective and value to the Odyssey concept on an ongoing basis. He also co-founded Target Training International in 1984.

TTI is responsible for the development, research and validation of the assessment tools that TTI Performance Systems markets in the United States and 80 countries around the world. Dave is CEO of the international distribution organization – Success Insights.

Bill Bonnstetter Bill Bonnstetter

Bill J. Bonnstetter is patron and shareholder of Odyssey Transformational StrategiesTMand is the founder and chairman of the Board of Target Training International (TTI) and TTI Performance Systems. Established in 1984, TTI develops and markets research-based, validated assessment products that are available in more than 80 countries and 26 languages. 

Bill J. Bonnstetter is considered one of the pioneers in the assessment industry with his significant contributions through research and the study of behaviors. He was the first to computerize the DISC assessment, making reports available via the patented Internet Delivery Service™ (IDS).

Shayne’s value creation activities include strategic planning, business restructuring, performance management, assessment, diagnostics and executive coaching. He is a Senior Facilitator with the Behavioral Coaching Institute and certifies Master Coaches worldwide.

Ron Price Ron Price

Ron Price is the President/CEO of Price Associates and has more than 35 years experience working with leaders and organizations to solve problems, pursue opportunities, and implement change.

Ron is a member of the National Speakers Association, part of the International Faculty of Target Training International Ltd a consultant ingood standing with the Hartman Institute at the University of Tennessee and a published author.

Ron has been using the Odyssey Transformational Strategies and concepts with organizations in the U.S. and China since 2006.

Ron is a highly respected and valued member of Odyssey Leadership Team.

Melvin D. (Mel) Nelson is an executive management consultant with thirty years corporate leadership experience in telecommunications and the electric energy industry.

Mel has led diverse groups of people in management and technical roles in operations, finance, marketing, and new business development. He founded Executive Management Systems, Inc. in 2002 to share his expertise with business owners and executives: Vision. Focus. He is recognized as a leading expert on business strategy, talent development and advancing organizational performance for privately held and closely held public companies. An accomplished author and sought after advisor and speaker, Mr. Patmos serves as the Chief Business Strategist for select, high potential companies across a variety of markets.

John Butler John Butler

John Butler is Author, Architect, Visionary and Inspiration of the Odyssey concept and brought extensive experience from the field as a wealth creator for his clients. His ultimate objective was to collaborate with Odyssey consultants in delivering a cultural transformational change management organizational development strategic intervention on a grand scale with higher level applications to major blue chip organizations.

Sadly John passed away suddenly in July 2010. His immense contribution to consultancy and business is recognized worldwide. His tremendous legacy lives on in the Odyssey Movement.

John worked with consultants for more than twenty years in many parts of the world. He has built teams of salaried consultants, developed associate networks and formed long term successful strategic business and consulting partnerships.

John’s consulting and business models have been embraced by many consultants and client organizations. He is author of numerous business articles, white papers, business programs and books, including Successful Entrepreneurial Management: How to Create Personal and Business Advantage, Crossing The Rubicon: Seven Steps to Writing Your Personal Strategy and Business Model Innovation: Proven Strategies that Actually Work, which he co-authored with Imelda and Mel Nelson.
