Odyssey: The Business of Consulting is a journey to becoming a leading edge practitioner and it teaches the Odyssey Consultant to transfer best practice theory relevant to client needs whilst empowering those clients to solve their own problems.

The primary objective of the Odyssey Academy is to accredit 200 members in 2011, 2012, 2013 through the Masterclass and 5 phases of Odyssey. The Odyssey Academy will be the nucleus of Odyssey International internally. It shall provide the platform for partnerships and the basis for forming relationships that can integrate substantial corporate accounts into Odyssey International, and contribute in the delivery of significant corporate interventions. The Odyssey Academy shall be built through Odyssey: The Business of Consulting 5 phase approach, including the Transformational Masterclass.

Odyssey: The Business of Consulting will result in a global network of independent Odyssey consultants led by the Odyssey International Core Team. The accumulation of knowledge and expertise of the Odyssey Academy Consultants works in synergy to deliver leading edge strategic thinking, change management, cultural transformation and process interventions throughout the world, resulting in a global collaboration to deliver value based engagements.
